Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. This code of conduct outlines our expectations for all participants, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

• Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
• Avoid demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
• Be mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants.
• Alert community leaders if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or violations of this Code of Conduct, even if they seem minor.

Unacceptable behaviors include intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech or actions. This covers harmful comments related to protected characteristics, inappropriate use of nudity or sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Anyone asked to stop harassing behavior must comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, community organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from all community spaces and informing other members or the public of the incident.
