By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the services.

You retain ownership of all content you create, including characters, campaigns, and any other data you input into the service.

Our AI-powered tools generate new content based on your prompts. While the prompts are yours, the output generated by the AI is for your use within the platform. Ownership and rights to AI-generated content are complex; we grant you a license to use this content for your personal, non-commercial TTRPG games.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any person's rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in hate speech, harassment, or the distribution of illegal content.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
